These sturdy and long-lasting rigid pipe clips can be effortlessly inserted into Kingspan/Celotex insulation manually, with their barbs ensuring a secure grip on the pipe. For the installation of multilayer underfloor heating pipes, it’s recommended to use a minimum of one clip per meter to secure it in place, with 3-5 clips suggested for each return bend

We recommend 15 washers per backer board.

The discs have a counter sunk mid-section to allow the screw head to pull into the board but the outer rim of the disc to remain flush with the board surface. This is to maintain the flat board surface ready for easy unhindered application of the subsequent layers.

Our clip rail track is used for warm water based underfloor heating within a screed or concrete floors.

The clip track is mounted to the subfloor using the self adhesive backing and held in place whilst the (15mm/16mm) pipework is clipped in place.

Required quantity is calculated m² x 1.5 (e.g 30m² x 1.5 = 45 Clip Rail lengths needed).
