RESOBOND EVA Co-Polymer Adhesive is a high performance EVA adhesive, specifically formulated for laminating applications.

It provides excellent adhesion when bonding a porous (i.e. wood/gypsum based board) to non porous (i.e. aluminum foil) surface.

Can be applied by conventional roller systems or by hand using supplied poly bottle and nozzle.

Preparation & Application

Ensure all substrates and surfaces are free from dust, dirt and other deposits.

Can be applied by roller or simply by cutting the top nozzle off to create a 3-4mm opening bead.

Pressing: Lay the items to be bonded together within the workable open time and closed assembly time and press them for as long a time as is needed to achieve the required initial firmness upon release. The pressure should be high enough to ensure contact of all parts over the entire area of the joint. Depending on the material and the type of bond being used, the mechanical firmness required for further processing of the parts is achieved within the shortest possible space of time. The highest levels of water resistance form more slowly and should be tested not earlier than 7 days after bonding.
