Scope of Guidance and Limitation of Responsibility

Any guidance provided by MCKL Group Ltd (T/a Theunderfloorheatingsite.co.uk) is intended to assist with product and material selection only. We do not provide full heating system design, heat loss calculations, hydraulic design, or installation specifications.

2. Design Responsibility
Responsibility for the overall system design, including sizing, configuration, and performance, remains with the customer and/or their appointed qualified professional.

3. Verification
Any guidance or recommendations provided should be independently reviewed and verified by a suitably qualified installer or engineer prior to purchase and installation.

4. Installation and Compliance
We do not provide installation services. Compliance with all applicable UK regulations, standards, and manufacturer requirements remains the responsibility of the installer and customer.

5. Use of Products
All products must be selected and installed in accordance with the relevant manufacturer instructions and specifications.

6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MCKL Group Ltd (T/a Theunderfloorheatingsite.co.uk) shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from reliance on guidance provided. Nothing in this notice excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability which cannot be excluded under UK law.
