- Address-Related Issues: If our hauliers encounter any difficulties locating the delivery address, having the right contact information allows them to quickly reach out and resolve any issues, ensuring a timely delivery.
To help us deliver your orders efficiently, please double-check that you provide the correct names and contact numbers on your PO.
Product Specific Delivery Terms & Pallet DeliveriesHeavy items like adhesives and compounds have a minimum order (check product for details) and require a pallet delivery which is £49.99 standard delivery time 2-3 working days.
Next Day Delivery cannot be offered for items requiting a pallet delivery.
Normal size pallet delivery is a 2-3 working day service only to mainland UK addresses.
Over size pallet delivery (e.g. Chipboard panels, 2400mm wall boards etc) carries an addition £20 charge and is a 2-5 working day service only to mainland UK addresses. For these items Pallet delivery charge will therefore be £69.99.
Special oversize pallet delivery applies to any items from our Category of products within Wall Boards, Insulation & Stud Work (e.g. Stud Work, Cavity Wal Insulation & Specialist Plasterboards etc) carries an addition £50 charge and is a 2-5 working day service only to mainland UK addresses. For these items Pallet delivery charge will therefore be £99.99.
Failed standard pallet deliveries due to customer not present or site/house closed will be subject to a re delivery charge of £49.99 inc VAT
Failed oversize pallet deliveries due to customer not present or site/house closed will be subject to a re delivery charge of £120 +VAT
Insulation overlay boards and Chipboards specific delivery terms
Large Chipboards Deliveries
Please be aware that if your order includes large chipboard (ResoTherm Chip R 22mm x 600mm x 2400mm), you will need to have sufficient manpower on hand to unload the boards from the delivery lorry. Due to their size and weight, the boards cannot be offloaded using a tail lift. Additionally, please note that drivers are not obliged to assist with unloading the boards.
Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA’s)
Please note that ETAs are provided as an estimate and should be considered as an approximate delivery window. While we make every effort to adhere to the specified time, deliveries may occasionally occur slightly before or after the given ETA. Various factors such as traffic conditions, weather, and other unforeseen events can impact our schedule.
Failed Deliveries/Re-delivery Charges
Please be advised that if a delivery attempt fails due to any of the following reasons, a redelivery charge will apply:
- No one present to accept the delivery: If no one is available at the delivery address to receive the items and the driver cannot get hold of the customer, the delivery will be marked as failed.
- Insufficient manpower for offloading large chipboard deliveries: For larger deliveries, such as large chipboard panels, it is essential that adequate manpower is available on-site to assist with offloading. If this is not the case, the delivery may be unsuccessful.
To avoid additional charges and ensure a smooth delivery, we kindly request that you ensure someone is present to receive the delivery on the delivery date given as part of your order confirmation and that appropriate manpower is available if needed to offload (large chipboard deliveries).
If you anticipate any challenges in meeting these requirements, please reach out to us in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Policy on Cancelling or Postponing Orders
Cancellation of Orders:
- Customers wishing to cancel an order must notify us as soon as possible.
- Cancellation requests made 48 hours prior to scheduled delivery will be processed without penalty.
- Customised or special-order items are non-cancellable and non-refundable once production has commenced.
- If the order has already been dispatched, the customer will be responsible for any return shipping costs, and a 20% restocking fee may apply, depending on the product and order size.
Postponement of Orders:
- If a customer needs to postpone an order, they must inform us at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date.
- We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate postponement requests.
- Postponements of more than 30 days from the original delivery date may result in the order being treated as a cancellation, subject to the terms outlined above.

Reporting Shortages and Damages:
- Any shortages or damages to the goods MUST be reported to the delivery driver at the time of delivery.
- The details of any shortages or damages MUST be recorded on the Proof of Delivery (POD) document before signing for the goods.
- Failure to note any discrepancies on the POD may result in the inability to process a claim for damaged or missing items.
Storage Requirements:
- To help prevent damage and deterioration, materials must be stored on the pallet they are delivered on.
- Goods should be kept in a flat, dry environment to ensure their condition is maintained.
By following these guidelines, you help ensure the quality of your materials and facilitate a smooth claims process should any issues arise.
Delivery outside of UK Mainland
We are unable to ship to Northern Ireland & Republic of Ireland, we can deliver to a port (mainland UK) for you to arrange shipping from there. Deliveries outside of mainland UK which includes parts of Scotland may take anywhere between 2-5 working days to deliver. We appreciate your patience. Surcharges may apply.

Checking of delivered itemsPlease ensure you check that all your items have been delivered and notify us as soon as possible within 24-48 ours of any missing items so that we can rectify this in a timely manner.
