Lightweight breathable, 3mm foam Underlay, designed specifically for use with warm
water floor heating systems.

3mm slatted, foam underlay. Designed for use with engineered and solid wood
flooring. Installing new underlay dramatically improves the performance of new wood
or laminate flooring and Improves walking comfort and reduces associated noise.
This is a 3mm quality foam underlay for solid & laminate floors if you are laying your
floor on a relatively new concrete floor we would advise you use a dpm.

Installation

1. Glue or screw down your cement coated overlay boards to a flat level surface
2. Install your heating pipe into the pre-set grooves, either Pert-Al-Pert or Ultra Flexible EVOH
3. Roll-out the breathable underlay across the entire surface area, for fast and simple installation use Rapid Spray to securely fix in place
4. Then lay your engineered wood, laminate or real wood flooring onto the underlay as a floating floor
5. Please ensure you leave a 10mm perimeter gap between the wood and walls to allow for expansion
