ResoRubber Base Overview

ResoRubber Base consists of a series of thin, durable resilient layers designed for under screed applications, providing effective acoustic isolation between the screed, sub-floor, and flanking walls.

Key Features:

• Recycled Material: Made from recycled rubber granules bonded with cold cure PUR, offering a sustainable soundproofing solution.
• Thickness Options: Available in 3mm, 5mm, 6mm, 8mm, and 10mm.

Installation Options:

ResoRubber Base is installed directly over the sub-floor, extending around the perimeter of each room. It can accommodate either a 40mm flowing screed or a 65mm sand-cement screed on top.

ResoRubber Edge:

Designed to further isolate the screed, ResoRubber Edge minimizes flanking transitions at the floor perimeter, reducing the risk of failing Part E sound tests. The rolls include five perforated slits near the top and one slit 50mm from the base for optimal installation.
