The Acoustic underfloor heating system Comprises of 3 main components, no wet trades required:-

• A 10mm Acoustic Resilient Fleece Layer Polyester Fibre 1200 x 600 x 10mm
• A Low Profile 20mm Plain XPS Pipe Carrier UFH panel 1200 x 600 x 20mm
• Top layer 18mm thick Gypsum Dry Deck Panel 1200 x 600 x 18mm

Gypdeck 18mm is a high-density, ‘dry screed’ panel designed for flooring. This dry screed system offers significant time-saving benefits compared to traditional wet screed solutions. The boards’ low thermal resistance makes them highly effective for underfloor heating applications.

Soundproofing & Underfloor Heating: Combined with a 20mm XPS Routed insulation boards, and or a 10mm Fleece resilient layer this creates a complete acoustic and underfloor heating system. These panels are ideal for student accommodation, care homes, residential properties, and care facilities due to their exceptional features:
